Most orders ship in 1-3 business days.

Certain items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times.

Please allow sufficient processing and transit time for event orders.

Back Orders
Kay’s Treasures will not accept back orders, if an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your adjusted order total promptly.

Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
In order to provide excellent service and expedient order processing, we do not accept order changes or cancellations. If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately (within one hour) we will make every attempt to assist in correcting the error. After the order has left we cannot assist in any way and a UPS intercept may be required to correct shipping address mistakes.

UPS Intercept Service
UPS Intercept is a fee based service that allows shippers to request the intercept of packages prior to delivery.

You can request that we contact UPS to correct shipping address mistakes.

UPS Intercept Fees are subject to Accessorial and Transportation charges imposed by UPS.
Customer service fee is $4.00 added over and above UPS fees.

Not all Intercepts are successful and there is no charge for failed attempts.

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Orders $2000.00 and up will not calculate shipping charges in your shopping cart, 10% will be added to your merchandise total after check out.

Important UPS Shipping Information
Orders weighing less than 10 pounds ship UPS SurePost and are delivered by the United States Postal Service.

UPS SurePost shipments include Saturday delivery service.

Please allow an additional day for Post Office tendering.

UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

A signature may be required for delivery.

*We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods.

UPS Ground Delivery

Orders weighing less than 10 pounds ship UPS SurePost and are delivered by the United States Postal Service. UPS SurePost shipments include Saturday delivery service. Please allow an additional day for Post Office tendering.

UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Holiday seasons may require additional time.

Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 7 to 14 business days to be received. If you haven’t received your order after 14 days, please contact UPS; be sure to include your tracking number for prompt service.

No Shipping Schedule
There is no UPS Ground movement on the following U.S. holidays:
New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day

We are closed on President’s Day.
